5. Apply for a PIM
Apply for a Project Information Memorandum (PIM) from your council.
6. Talk to your bank or lender
Meet with your bank or lender about funding if needed.
7. Complete the sale
TBLHC team documents the design for your site.
8. Building Consent with council
Proceed with Application to assemble a BIG Little House in your backyard.
(Some of our BIG Little Houses have some pre-consent already to save you time!)
9. Prefab building done off site.
Prefabrication takes place off site in minimal time. while your backyard site and foundations are prepared.
10. BIG Little home delivered & Installed
Services for water, electricity & telecoms are connected at site.
